I only use top quality herbs, most of whicg have been grown in my green house or garden. Either the essential oil or an infusion of the herb as well as ground herb is used while making the soap. Most of my herbal soaps do not have a strong smell. Bars are 3.5 to 4 oz in and are in a plain bar mold. Specialty molds, colors or custom herb combinations may be order - additional charges may apply.

Aspen Bark Herbal Soap
The Aspen bark used is derived from the quaking aspen trees growing in my yard. Aspen is closely related to the willow family. The bark has been used for various medicinal purposes, from treating burns to relieving eczema. The bark is rich in salicin (aspirin-like substance) which is analgesic, anti-inflammatory and healing. It also has a silky, smooth feeling on the skin.
